Your Journey

From your first message to your last check-up.

This is the same process for every patient, whether you are coming for two crowns or for bariatric surgery. You will know the next step at every point.

The patient coordination process

1

First contact and medical file

Write to us on WhatsApp or email. We ask for the basics: what you want treated, your age, height and weight, current medication, past operations, and any recent reports or photos. This usually takes one message.

2

Doctor review and video consultation

A specialist reads your file and tells us what is realistic. You then speak to that doctor on video, with a translator if you need one, and ask everything you want to ask.

3

Treatment plan and price

You get a written plan: the procedure, the surgeon, the hospital, how many nights, what the price includes, and what it does not. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

4

Dates, travel and accommodation

We set the surgery date, advise on flights, book your hotel near the hospital, and arrange rooms for anyone travelling with you.

5

Arrival and pre-operative tests

A driver meets you at the airport. On day one you have blood work, imaging and clearance, then you meet your surgeon and the anaesthetist in person.

6

Treatment and hospital stay

Your coordinator is at the hospital for admission and after surgery. Your family gets an update the same day, in your language.

7

Recovery, discharge and flight home

Hotel recovery with daily check-ins, a discharge meeting with your doctor, written reports, medication, and a transfer to the airport when you are cleared to fly.

8

Follow-up for twelve months

Scheduled contacts at week one, month one, month three, month six and month twelve. If something worries you in between, you message your coordinator, not a call centre.
