Procedures
The operations we arrange most
Rhinoplasty
The plan is drawn from your own photographs and, where breathing is part of the problem, from an examination of the septum. Open or closed technique depending on what has to change. The cast comes off on day seven, most of the swelling is gone by week three, and the nose settles into its final shape over about a year.
Abdominoplasty and body contouring
Most of the people we send for a tummy tuck have lost a great deal of weight or have been through pregnancy. The surgeon removes the loose skin, repairs the separated abdominal muscles underneath and repositions the navel. Two nights in hospital, drains out before you fly, and a compression garment for six weeks.
Facelift, eyelid and brow surgery
Deep plane or SMAS depending on what the assessment shows, and usually combined with upper or lower eyelid surgery because the two age together. Sutures come out on day seven and you are presentable at about three weeks. We will tell you plainly when a non-surgical option would do the same job.
Fillers and botulinum toxin
Same-day treatments with no theatre and no recovery. Hyaluronic acid filler for lips, cheeks and tear troughs; botulinum toxin for expression lines. Toxin lasts four to six months, filler nine to twelve. These are done by a doctor, not a technician, and they are quoted separately from any surgery.

Rhinoplasty
Open or closed, functional and aesthetic together where the septum is involved. One to two nights in hospital.
Facelift & neck lift
Deep plane or SMAS depending on the assessment. Usually combined with eyelid surgery.
Breast surgery
Augmentation, reduction, uplift or implant exchange, with implant brand and size stated in the quote.
Body contouring
Liposuction, tummy tuck and post-weight-loss surgery, staged when doing everything at once would not be safe.

Surgery, then one or two nights in hospital depending on the procedure.

Dressing changes, drain removal where relevant, and rest at the hotel.

Final check, cast or suture removal, discharge report, and clearance to fly.
